Konventer til 4x4??

Lige et dumt spørgsmål :)

Er det lovligt at lave sin bil om fra 2hjulstræk til 4hjulstræk hvis man bruger standart motor??

ja ved godt det er en større ombygning, er bare nysgerrig(stavemaskine) :grin:

det kan måske lade sig gøre hvis den model du vil ombygge findes med 4x4 , men så slipper du ikke for afgift da det nok vil være identitetsskifte

ikke i alle tilfælde men det er et vurderings spørgsmål...
Ikke at kunne eller gide gennemlæse regler fritager ikke folk fra at skulle overholde dem om de bliver opdaget eller ej...

kender en der har en escort mk5-6 som var en alm. 1.8CL som han har bygget komplet RS2000 4x4 drivline på (stadigt samme tværstillet 1800 Zetec som den forlod fabrikken med) og da RS2000 er en kædetrukket 2L motor (deler ikke rigtigt nogle dele overhovede) så er den ombygget til 4WD men skal ikke betale afgift hverken for identitets tab eller skifte... (haves på papir fra told&skvat) så derfor kan det godt lade sig gøre at lave en 2WD til 4WD uden at skulle betale afgifter men det gælder jo som altid ikke på alle konfigurationer

hehe ok der , det lyder da som et rimeligt interessant projekt :rock: og hvis ikke det udløser ny afgift og kan synes så er det sku noget af en bedrift i sig selv :gnaek:

men takker for hurtigt reply

EDIT : findes rs2000 som 4x4 ??

The Ford escort RS2000 4x4 was released in 1994 under the mk5a facelift facade. Externally it appeared similar to the 2wd mk5a facelift model. Obvious differences included the rear cast aluminum cross member, transfer box and rear differential.

In 1995, the escort range including the RS2000 2wd and 4x4 underwent final updates and modifications. These included mainly external changes to the front of the car which included, new bonnet, grill, bumper with integral fog lights and improved headlights. Mechanical improvements included relocation of various engine ancillaries and improved handling in the form of a 3 point top strut mount as opposed the earlier 2 point. Wheel style was also revised although if these dull 5 spokes was a improvement is debatable. The interior style was also completely revised and included white sports dials and "flow" trimming throughout.

Although the RS2000 4x4 provided excellent handling, performance suffered greatly compared with the 2wd version due to the difference in power to weight ratio.

As far as it can be ascertained, production of the RS2000, the last to date RS badged car, was ceased in August 1996. It is believed the actual last RS2000 was built on 26th August 1996 and had the VIN GCABTD05434. The main reason Ford ceased production, much like the Escort Cosworth was due to the lack of sales they had expected along with a possible noise level problem. Could it have been Ford wanted the family/green image.

To date (210804) based on information received from a Ford dealership, the 4x4 was built to order only and the dealership records show only 129 4x4's are left on the road and in use, information as to how many were sold to the public should follow shortly, 500 shells were produced a number of these were then finished and used for rallying, the dealership believes that fewer than 350 were actually made available to the public.

Fiesta 4x4 (dog kun den nye som hedder Verve eller så noget i EU/US men hedder Fiesta i de lande der brænder vores flag igen i disse dage (En SUV tingest))...

og en masse REAL 4WD trucks

ahhh en RS200 deler ikke drivline med sierra cos. en RS200 har en gearkasse (og xtra gearstang) så man kan vælge mellem forskellige fordeliger af krafterne. 1/100-50/50-36-64 så helt alm er den ikke.

Det er rigtigt tror jeg lige var hurtig nok mens jeg ridsede dem ned... tak for reminderen :rock:

Men 4WD har den :tooth:
